The school massacre in Beslan, North Ossetia, Russia in 2004 was the most horrifying school massacre in history when 386 people died and more than 700 were injured.

3. 2014 Peshawar school massacre

5. Virginia Tech shooting

The massacre at Virginia Tech University (USA) was two separate attacks about 2 hours apart on April 16, 2007. This shooting was committed by the only gunman in American history, causing terrible consequences. The shooting took place on the campus of Virginia Tech University.
The gunman who caused that terrible tragedy was Seung-Hui Cho. He killed 32 people and injured 17 others before committing suicide. This is the deadliest school shooting in US history.
