All editorial content and graphics on our sites are under GPL of Joomla!® extensions license, copyright, international treaties and other applicable copyright laws and may not be copied without permission of JoomlaUX.com, which reserves all rights. Re-use of any of JoomlaUX.com’s editorial content and graphics for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.
II. SMARTCMS JOOMLA TEMPLATE AND EXTENSION LICENSE
1. LICENSES
SmartCms grants you a nonexclusive unlimited domain license to use SmartCms Joomla templates and extensions or other products (if applicable) sold through our web site by independent contract providers (the “products”) in line with the entire specifications under this Terms and Conditions as well as Licenses statement.
All products sold on JoomlaUX are released under the GNU/GPL v2 license. You can use our products on as many websites (domains) as you want and for as how long as you want without limitation. However, product support and update period depends on the package you bought.
2. DELIVERY
After we have successfully received your payment, your SmartCms Membership information and activation link will be emailed to the email address you provided. After activation, you can log into the site with your provided credentials. The email is usually delivered to your address shortly after submission, however, there is a chance that it will go to the Spam folder, so be sure to keep an eye on it. In case that you can not find the activation email or can not log in after activation, please contact us via ticket system. Upon logging in, you will find all templates and extensions available for you to download by clicking on Download button on the top menu.
3. USAGE
After purchasing, you can use SmartCms Joomla templates and extensions as long as you want and on as many sites as you want without any post-purchase cost, regardless of whether your membership expires. However, updates and support are limited depending on the type of your package.
4. MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. You may not, however, distribute the original products code or your modified products code (other than PHP files) without the explicit permission of SmartCms.
5. ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from our company.
6. OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of SmartCms. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
You can edit or remove our copyright information at your discretion under Developer membership across our Membership packages.
For Free Membership across our Membership packages, you can remove JoomlaUX copyright information with condition that you purchase Copyright Removal feature which is separated from your Free Membership.
7. ANTIFRAUD
Instant downloads are available! However, some customer purchases can be pending for manual antifraud check up to review of Paypal or MoneyBooker. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Antifraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actually the cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
8. SUPPORT:
SmartCms templates and extensions are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. To get a quick support, please take it on our Forum, email will be delayed to process and you will need to give: your username, your ordered item’s name, your transaction ID, your payment method. In detail, we support for templates and extensions installation, bugs fixing or any problems originally caused by our templates and extensions. We do not provide free support for customization or any issues generated by unrelated-products (not from our products).
