Refund is applied for Club Members only. We clearly understand that our current fee for standard customer is very reasonable and seems to be the best you can find on the NET with such high qualified Joomla!® products.
Refund is not applicable after 30 days since the date of your order purchase (GMT+7). Which means your order date counts as one day in the total 30 days.
Refund is not applicable for MoneyBookers payments.
Refund is not applicable if our extensions have been customized or other third party extensions have been installed. Because the extensions only provide you with a starting point, you will have to go a long way of customization yourself. During personal customization, our products can be changed completely and become different from our original extensions. Therefore, refund policy cannot be applied if there are problems due to your self-customization.
Refund amount is equal to the order total fee minus the discount (if any).
Refund is not applicable on custom works.
Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 30 days.
