The world's 50 best restaurants award is updated by the British Restaurant magazine, based on votes from world chefs and culinary commentators. This is considered the Oscar of the culinary industry. List was born in 2002, becoming a prestigious consultant for demanding diners around the world. Among them, the top 10 best restaurants are familiar names in the culinary world, most of which carry the prestigious Michelin star.

1. Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy)
